I began training with Harry 4 months ago. I had previously exercised routinely, having done strength training since the age of 16, Crossfit, and having played competitive golf since 18. I’ve played pennants for my golf club for >10years and am a previous Club Champion. Harry has been able to tailor different aspects of my previous training regimes into a “all-in-in-one” program for golf. He has increased my strength - I’ve added 5 kgs of muscle, improved my stability (more greens in reg, more fairways) and increased my speed. On the last point, my club head speed with driver has gone from ~112mph to 118-120mph. My average distance has increased from 270m, to 285-290, with many drives going over 300m.

Harry has incredibly detailed knowledge of the body, nutrition and recovery times. Previously I had issues with both my knees, which had stopped me performing squats. Harry identified the issue with my squat pattern and fixed it within 2 sessions. My knees feel the best they have felt in years!.Harry has purpose built a strength program for me that adds muscle & explosive speed, but come golf time, I feel fresh and ready to bomb it. Harry has been a delight to work with. I feel I can discuss any of my training related issues with him, and he is able to find a fix. I cannot recommend Harry highly enough. I have been training with and following Harry's training program now for just over a year and the difference in how my body moves and the positions I can now get into in my swing are incredible! I started with Harry about 2 years ago after having a chat to him after one of the classes as I was struggling with knee, hip and back pain. When we started I had poor mobility through my entire body unable to squat heavy or any overhead movement due to my shoulders being so tight. Fast forward to today and I’ve learnt to clean, handstand push-up, bar muscleup and snatch and have drastically improved my strength and love for training in the process. I’ve never had a bad session with Harry, never stalled in making progress and implicitly trust if I follow his programming and advice I’ll reach my goals.

Harry’s knowledge can only be described as extensive however what’s more impressive is his commitment to his clients, he alway seeks new ways to improve his coaching trying out new drills or mobility sequences to better himself for his clients. I’ve had many different PT’s in the past and I’d confidently say Harry has been the best by far.
