I have spent years studying human movement, anatomy and nutrition - In 2014 I completed a degree in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Technology Sydney; I have learnt from rehabilitation specialists, weightlifters, powerlifters, gymnastics coaches, running coaches and swimming coaches (just to name a few); and I have gone through trial and error with both myself and with my clients to find the best methods for implementing what I have learnt.
In 2016 and 2018 I represented CrossFit Athletic and Australia at the world CrossFit Games in Madison, Wisconsin. Training for this is what gave me such good exposure to coaches who were experts in their respective fields.
After 10 years of working with clients in multiple gyms, training myself across a broad range of fitness modalities, and accumulating extensive knowledge on all things human movement and health, I have come to terms with the fact that I am really only good at two things: waking up at 4am and understanding human movement.
My goal is to provide you with both practical and evidence based information to help you improve your health and fitness. I am committed to looking for ways to help you improve your health and training. My intention is to cut through the dense layer of money hungry lies and provide you with the information that has worked for me, my peers and my clients.
As my competitive CrossFit journey came to an end in 2019, I gained an avid interest in Golf. I have spent the last 2 years learning the game and have spent time with a number of different coaches to help me understand the mechanics of the golf swing. Over the past year I have combined my two passions in training and golf and have started working with a number of people of improving both their strength and mobility specific to their golf swing.
