Firstly you will receive a specific assessment designed to assess movements or movement patterns that are important to the individuals specific goal.
From this assessment you will receive an in depth training program that will be uploaded one week in advance that is specifically tailored to your individual needs and goals.
You receive full access to your online coach with daily feedback on results and video analysis if this is applicable to your goals!
